Welcome to Little Sprout (芽芽成长). Little Sprout is a personal and family tool designed to help parents and guardians record a child's growth and memories. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, stored, and shared when you use the app.
2. Information We Process
Depending on the features you use, the app may process content you voluntarily create or select, such as a child's nickname or name, date of birth, growth records, notes, photos, videos, milestones, family records, and reminder information. The app may also use system permissions required for particular features, including Photos, Camera, Microphone, Notifications, and cloud storage permissions.
3. Photos, Videos, and Growth Records
Photos, videos, text, and other growth records you add remain user content. The app processes this content only as necessary to provide features you choose to use, such as recording, displaying, organizing, family sharing, photo-book creation, or growth-video creation. We do not acquire ownership of your content merely because you use the app.
4. Cloud Storage and Family Sharing
When you enable supported Cloud/iCloud or family-sharing features, content may be stored in your cloud account or shared space and synchronized across authorized devices and family members. Parents, guardians, or other invited members in the same shared Cloud Group may be able to view, add, edit, or manage shared child-growth content depending on the permissions provided by the app and cloud service. Only invite people you trust. Cloud storage, account authentication, and synchronization are also subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable cloud provider.
5. Children's Information
Little Sprout is intended for parents, guardians, and appropriately authorized family members to record children's memories; it is not intended for children to independently create or manage accounts. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring they have the right to add, store, and share a child's photos, videos, and other information and for managing access to family-sharing spaces.
6. Reminders and Notifications
If you enable reminders, the app may use system notifications for milestones, anniversaries, activities, or other reminders that you configure. Notification permissions can be managed through the app or your device settings.
7. Photo Books and Growth Videos
The app may organize selected or stored photos, videos, and growth records into photo books, memories, or growth videos. These features are intended to help you organize and preserve family memories. The app will not publish this content publicly on your behalf unless you actively use a system sharing feature or another explicit sharing function.
8. Medical and Health Information
Little Sprout is not a medical app and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, clinical assessments, or professional healthcare services. Growth records and reminders are intended for personal and family record-keeping and should not be treated as medical advice or as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
9. Permissions
Certain features may require access to your camera, photo library, microphone, notifications, or cloud storage. Permissions are requested only when relevant to a feature. You may modify or revoke permissions in your device settings, although doing so may prevent some features from functioning.
10. Data Security and Backups
We take the security of user content seriously and seek to use security mechanisms provided by the platform. However, no electronic storage or synchronization method can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your device and Apple ID or other cloud account and should maintain backups of important photos, videos, and growth records where appropriate.
11. Managing and Deleting Content
You can manage or delete growth records using available app features. For content stored in Cloud/iCloud or a family-sharing space, deletion and synchronization may be affected by cloud synchronization mechanisms, sharing permissions, and the state of other authorized devices.
12. Third-Party and Platform Services
The app may rely on operating-system features, Cloud/iCloud, notifications, photo libraries, and other platform services to provide core functionality. Data handled by those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when features, legal requirements, or our service practices change. Where appropriate, significant changes will be communicated through the app, website, or another suitable method. We encourage you to review the latest version.

5. 儿童与宝宝信息
芽芽成长面向父母、监护人及获得适当授权的家庭成员，用于记录儿童成长内容，而不是供儿童自行建立或管理账户。父母或监护人应确保其有权添加、保存和共享相关儿童的照片、视频和其他信息，并谨慎管理家庭共享成员。

如果您启用提醒功能，应用可以使用系统通知向您发送您设置的成长记录、纪念日、活动或其他提醒。您可以随时通过应用设置或设备系统设置管理通知权限。
