Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Little Sprout (芽芽成长). By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
2. Purpose of the Service
Little Sprout helps parents, guardians, and family members record and organize a child's growth and memories through features such as notes, photos, videos, milestones, reminders, family sharing, photo books, and growth videos.
3. User Content and Ownership
You retain the applicable rights to photos, videos, text, and other content that you create, upload, or store. You permit the app to process this content only to the extent necessary to provide features you choose to use. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to store, edit, and share the content you provide.
4. Children's Content and Guardian Responsibility
When recording information about a child, you represent that you are the child's parent or guardian or otherwise have appropriate authorization. You are responsible for deciding what content is appropriate to record or share, protecting the child's privacy, and managing family-member access.
5. Cloud/iCloud and Family Sharing
Family-sharing features may allow invited members to jointly record and manage growth content in a supported shared Cloud Group. Shared members may be able to view or modify shared content, and their actions may synchronize across authorized devices. You should carefully choose whom you invite. Availability, synchronization, and recovery may also depend on the applicable cloud provider's systems, account settings, and terms.
6. Reminders
Reminders and notifications are provided for convenience. They may be delayed or not delivered because of device settings, notification permissions, operating-system restrictions, network conditions, or other factors. Do not rely solely on the app for important or time-critical matters.
7. Photo Book and Video Creation
You may use the app to organize your photos, videos, and growth records into photo books, memories, or growth videos. You are responsible for ensuring that materials used and any subsequent sharing comply with applicable laws and respect the privacy and rights of others.
8. Not a Medical Service
Little Sprout is intended for family growth records and memory organization only. It is not a medical, health-diagnostic, or treatment service. Records, statistics, reminders, or other information presented by the app do not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding a child's health, development, or medical concerns.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use the app to violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights; upload or share content you are not authorized to process; or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, disruptive, or harmful purposes.
10. Data and Backup Responsibility
Although the app may provide device and cloud storage or synchronization features, you should maintain appropriate backups of important content. We cannot guarantee continuous availability of devices, networks, or cloud services, or that deleted, corrupted, or unsuccessfully synchronized data can always be recovered.
11. Changes to the Service
We may update, add, modify, or discontinue features to improve usability, security, compatibility, or legal compliance. Feature availability may vary by device, operating-system version, region, or third-party platform service.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that all data will always synchronize or be recoverable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be made available through the app or official support channels. Continued use may be subject to the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

3. 用户内容与所有权
您对自己创建、上传或保存的照片、视频、文字及其他内容保留相应权利。您授予应用在提供您主动使用的功能所必需范围内处理这些内容的权限。您应确保自己有权保存、编辑和共享所提交的内容。
4. 儿童内容与监护责任
如果您记录儿童相关信息，您确认自己是该儿童的父母、监护人，或已获得适当授权。您负责决定哪些内容适合记录和共享，并负责保护儿童隐私及管理家庭成员访问权限。
5. Cloud/iCloud 与家庭共享
家庭共享功能允许受邀请成员在支持的共享 Cloud Group 中共同记录和管理成长内容。共享成员可能看到或修改共享内容。您应谨慎选择共享成员，并理解共享成员进行的操作可能同步到其他设备。云端服务的可用性、同步和数据恢复也可能受到相应服务提供商的系统状态、账户设置和条款影响。
6. 提醒功能
提醒和通知用于便利性目的。由于设备设置、通知权限、系统限制、网络或其他因素，提醒可能延迟或无法送达。对于重要事项，请不要仅依赖本应用的提醒功能。
7. 图册和视频生成
您可以使用应用将自己的照片、视频和成长记录整理为图册、回忆或成长视频。您负责确认生成内容中使用的素材以及后续分享行为符合适用法律并尊重他人的隐私和权利。
8. 非医疗服务
芽芽成长仅用于家庭成长记录和回忆整理，不属于医疗、健康诊断或治疗服务。应用中的任何记录、统计、提醒或展示均不构成医疗建议。涉及儿童健康、发育或医疗问题时，应咨询合格的医疗专业人员。
9. 可接受使用
您不得利用本应用侵犯他人的隐私、知识产权或其他合法权利，不得上传或共享您无权处理的内容，也不得以违法、欺诈、破坏服务或危害他人的方式使用本应用。
10. 数据与备份责任
虽然应用可能提供设备和云端存储或同步功能，但您仍应对重要内容进行适当备份。我们不能保证任何设备、网络或云服务始终可用，也不能保证在所有情况下都能恢复已删除、损坏或未成功同步的数据。
11. 服务变更
我们可能为改善体验、安全性、兼容性或满足法律要求而更新、增加、修改或停止部分功能。部分功能的可用性可能因设备、操作系统版本、地区或第三方平台服务而有所不同。
12. 免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按现状和可用状态提供。我们不保证服务始终不中断、无错误或所有数据始终能够成功同步或恢复。本条款中的任何内容均不排除适用法律下不能合法排除或限制的消费者权利。
